Felix Reznick – Principal

Felix Reznick has decades of entrepreneurial experience, combined with a deep knowledge of commercial real estate and an out-of-the box approach to new retail realities. Prior to fully dedicating himself to management and investment into retail shopping centers, Mr. Reznick spent fifteen years running a New York law firm specializing in corporate and real estate law. Having begun his legal career at Cadwallader, Wickersham & Taft, and at Rosenman & Colin LLP. Mr. Reznick gained knowledge and experience through representation of real estate developers, family offices, and investment banks and funds. He structured several billion dollars in acquisitions and financing deals for both New York and international clients.

Bella Fridman – General Counsel

Bella Fridman has more than 10 years of legal experience working with New York City developers, corporations and major retailers, to attain the most advantageous and mutually beneficial results for all parties involved. In addition to legal expertise, Bella has amassed deep knowledge of the complexities entailed in the management of retail and commercial real estate property, subdivision and re-zoning of commercial real estate, as well as leasing and sale of commercial projects in mid-market areas throughout the United States. When she’s not managing real estate, Bella is busy managing the lives of her four children, dog, cat and a husband, which, without a question, is almost as complicated as her main profession.

Larry Brooks – V.P. of Real Estate

Larry joined 4th Dimension Properties in 2021 as the Director of Leasing. Through a partnership with Kohan Retail Investments, Larry has managed a portfolio of 20+ Enclosed Regional Malls throughout the US. He has leveraged his over 25 years of knowledge and experience to successfully complete more than 1,500 lease deals consisting of over 1,000,000 square feet. He began his career leasing small shop space in mostly grocery anchored centers, eventually expanding into tenant representation and development. Larry has earned a reputation in the industry as an honest, straight-forward deal maker who works the best deal for his clients, while at the same time bringing some fun to the process. Larry was born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida, and enjoys boating, fishing, spending time with family and friends and all things Miami Heat and Dolphins. As V.P. of Leasing, Larry is responsible for overseeing 4D’s lease portfolio.

Ainur Marquez – V.P. of Operations

With over a decade of expertise in real estate management, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Her comprehensive experience spans across various sectors, including industrial and office buildings, as well as retail real estate. Proficient in both accounting and leasing, Ainur seamlessly navigates the complexities of the real estate industry. Holding a Master’s degree in International Real Estate, she exhibits a global perspective in her approach. Furthermore, Ainur’s commitment to professional development is evident, as she is currently working towards obtaining the coveted Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, showcasing a dedication to excellence in real estate management.

Fernando Rodriguez – Sr. Graphic Designer

Fernando Rodriguez is a seasoned graphic designer with more than 15 years of professional experience in marketing, branding, and design. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with corporations of all sizes and industries, managing diverse budgets and creative portfolios. His innovative approach and keen eye for detail have played a key role in shaping brand identities and elevating public perception—helping companies expand their recognition in strategically important markets.

Originally from Santiago, Dominican Republic, Fernando is not only a dedicated creative professional but also a proud father of three, a pastor at his local church, and a musician with a passion for inspiring others through faith and creativity.

Stephanie Lynn – Senior Accountant

Stephanie Lynn is a seasoned accountant with a robust background in finance management. She has a proven track record in streamlining accounting processes for numerous small businesses including commercial and residential real estate. Outside the office, Stephanie finds joy in cooking and spending time with family & friends. She also finds gratitude and appreciation in donating her time to the local animal rescue shelters and participates in numerous fundraisers which showcases her level of compassion, kindness & generosity.

Arianna Torres – Accountant

Arianna Torres originates from Guayaquil, Ecuador, and subsequently moved to Florida to pursue her education. She successfully earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida International University, specializing in accounting. With over 15 years of professional experience across diverse industries, Arianna has been instrumental in offering support to various departments. Her expertise extends to collaborating with financial departments in facilitating month-end closing activities.

Currently, Arianna holds the position of staff accountant at 4D Properties, where she continues to contribute her skills and knowledge in the field.

Paul Tomaszewski – Project Manager

Paul brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. Having over 40 years of mechanical, residential and commercial construction and engineering experience, he has overseen many large projects for multiple large companies. From 100,000 square feet of gutting and rebuilding, to stormwater remediation and many other projects in between. He has the capacity to think outside of the box and solve problems quickly when they arise. He’s a true asset to the company.

In his free time, he loves spending time with his family and going deep sea fishing.

Amanda Cepeda – Assistant Controller

Born in Cuba and raised in Miami, I bring a unique cultural perspective and strong work ethic to everything I do. After earning my degree from Florida International University, I found my passion at the intersection of accounting and real estate. Currently serving as an Assistant Controller, I thrive on creating financial clarity and supporting strategic growth within dynamic organizations. With a deep appreciation for numbers and a drive for excellence, I’m always looking for ways to make an impact behind the scenes.

Toni Marie Ligotti – Accountant

Born in Brooklyn and raised in sunny Hollywood, Florida, I bring a diverse background in education, finance, and corporate operations—with a strong focus on structure, efficiency, and teamwork.

My career began in Child Development, after earning an AA my experience was followed by roles in real estate and corporate finance. Since 2010, I’ve worked in accounts receivable, expanded into accounts payable in 2015, and currently serve as Payroll Specialist at 4th Dimension Properties. I’ve had the pleasure of contributing to companies like Office Depot Corporate, Jarden Consumer Solutions, and SWCorp.

Outside the office, I enjoy arts and crafts, woodworking, fishing, and cheering on the Mets—all while making time to host gatherings with loved ones.
